When you submit a request with the box checked, we send you one welcome text about that request, in your language. If you reply, a member of our team may text you back from the same number to continue the conversation. That is the entire program: one message per request, plus any replies if you write back. A new request may receive its own welcome text. All of our other follow-ups, such as reminders, rate updates and confirmations, are sent by email rather than text.
