Ces nouvelles r\u00e8gles hypoth\u00e9caires, qui entreront en vigueur \u00e0 partir du 17 octobre, pourraient avoir un impact \u00e9norme sur le march\u00e9 immobilier canadien. Voici quelques informations sur ces nouvelles mesures et comment elles pourraient influencer les acheteurs canadiens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle l\u00e9gislation hypoth\u00e9caire exige que tous les candidats hypoth\u00e9caires assur\u00e9s subissent un \u00abtest de tension\u00bb pour \u00e9valuer si les emprunteurs pourraient encore servir leurs pr\u00eats si leur situation financi\u00e8re change ou les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat augmentent.
